How do I register?

TEDPA does not have an online registration form at this time. Please complete the above form and email it to the contact listed on it. The treasurer will respond with an invoice if you would like to pay online. Invoices for checks are provided via email with a paid stamp after checks have been received.

What are the deadlines?

Membership Dues

Membership dues paid BEFORE OR ON 5/15/22: $300 per state

Membership dues paid AFTER 5/15/22: $325 per state


Member Conference Registration

Early Bird Registration paid BEFORE OR ON 6/5/22: $300 per person

Late Registration paid AFTER 6/5/22: $350 per person


Please note that members must be in good standing to attend the conference.

Can I pay online?

Yes, we can receive payment through a credit card or ACH. If you choose one of these methods, a fee will be added to your invoice, 3% and 1% respectively. To request an online invoice, use the email button at the bottom of the page to contact the treasurer. Please include the appropriate registration forms with your email.

Can I pay for both the membership and conference registration at the same time?

Yes, let the treasurer know when contacting them and they will create a combined invoice for you.

Why is your remittance address different from your organization's address?

TEDPA's official address is in Maryland. However, the elected treasurer can be from any of the member states. When you send checks to the treasurer to process, you are sending them to the state where they are located.

Can you send me a W-9?

Can you fill out this special W-9 for me?

The treasurer has completed most of these last year (2021). Please use the one provided to you already. If your finance department requires one yearly, use the email button below to request it. In 2023, there will be a new treasurer and new W-9s will need to be completed.

Do I have to be a member to attend the conference?

Non-member conference attendees will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Use the email button below to contact us to discuss this.

Can I attend the business meeting from a distance?

No, if you would like to attend the business meeting and vote, in-person attendance is required.

Can I attend the conference or vote if my membership is NOT up to date?

No.
